This Disclaimer applies to the Grower Seeds mobile application
and related services operated by EZYKNOT CAREERS
(referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. General Information

The information and features provided through Grower Seeds are intended
for general business and operational purposes. The Application provides
tools for managing information such as products, inventory, stock
allocations, sales records, points, and business reports.

The Application should not be considered a substitute for official
government records, regulatory advice, legal advice, agricultural
advice, or professional consultation.

2. No Government Affiliation

Grower Seeds is an independently operated application and is not a
government application, government portal, or official application of
any government department, agricultural authority, seed certification
authority, or regulatory organization.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Application does not represent
or act on behalf of any government authority or official regulatory body.

3. Seed Products and Information

Product names, product codes, stock quantities, QR codes, seed licence
numbers, and other product-related information displayed in the
Application may be provided by distributors, retailers, manufacturers,
suppliers, or other authorized users.

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and authenticity of
product information before relying on it for business, distribution,
sale, or regulatory purposes.

4. Inventory and Stock Information

Stock quantities displayed in the Application are based on information
recorded or synchronized within the Application.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the displayed stock quantity
will always exactly match the physical stock available at a warehouse,
distributor, retailer, or other location.

Users should independently verify physical inventory where necessary.

5. Stock Allocation

The Application may allow users to view, approve, and manage stock
allocations received from a supplier or factory.

Approval of an allocation within the Application represents an action
recorded within the Application and does not independently certify the
physical quantity, quality, authenticity, or regulatory status of the
products received.

6. QR Codes and Scanning

Grower Seeds may provide QR-code scanning functionality for identifying
or processing products and sales.

A QR code displayed or scanned through the Application should not,
by itself, be considered proof of product authenticity, government
certification, legal validity, or product quality.

Users should verify product details through appropriate official or
authorized sources whenever verification is required.

7. Sales and Revenue Reports

Sales, revenue, packets sold, points, and other reports are generated
from information recorded in the Application.

These reports are provided as business-management tools and may contain
errors, delays, omissions, or discrepancies resulting from user input,
synchronization issues, technical problems, or other circumstances.

Users are responsible for checking their records before using them for
accounting, taxation, financial, or regulatory purposes.

8. User-Provided Information

Users may provide information such as their name, business or firm name,
seed licence information, PAN, Aadhaar details, GST information,
address, mobile number, and other registration information.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is
accurate, complete, and legally permitted to be submitted.

9. No Professional or Legal Advice

Nothing provided through Grower Seeds should be interpreted as legal,
financial, tax, regulatory, agricultural, or professional advice.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional or relevant
authority whenever professional advice or official verification is
required.

10. Third-Party Information and Services

The Application may rely on third-party services, technologies,
infrastructure, or information provided by external service providers.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous availability,
accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information or services
provided by third parties.

11. Availability of the Application

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Application available and
functional. However, we do not guarantee that the Application will
always be available without interruption, delay, errors, or technical
issues.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network problems,
device issues, third-party services, server problems, or circumstances
beyond our reasonable control.

12. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their use of the Application and for verifying
information before taking business or operational decisions based on
information displayed within the Application.

The Service Provider shall not be responsible for decisions made solely
on the basis of information displayed through the Application without
appropriate verification.

business losses, inventory discrepancies, financial losses, loss of

the Application, services, business practices, or applicable
